Makes: 4 cups / About 28 servings

What you'll need:
1 cup sour cream (8 oz.)
1 cup mayonnaise (8 oz.)
1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (4 oz.)

How to prepare:
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a medium mixing bowl blend together sour cream, mayonnaise, and dip mix.
Add chopped artichoke hearts and shredded Parmesan cheese, stirring well.
Pour mixture into 8” x 8” baking pan.
Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
Serve with pita chips, crackers, or toasted French bread slices.
